There was a time when I was lost and disconnected from my light, my creativity, my emotions, my passions. I soaked in the underworld where the true medicine i needed was to be seen in my darkness, in my shadows and feel loved and accepted in those "ugly" places. The Vulnerable spaces are where I found my transformation. I am here to share what i have learned and to give my whole heart while creating a space to be seen and cared for.

I am an advocate for the earth, for the goddess in all of us, for humor, beauty and creative expression, for a world that honors its women and children, for a world that cares for all its creatures and sees that we are a part of all things.
